Booking and Payments :

All appointments are considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from us.

Payment for services must be made via the provided options (PayPal, Debit, or credit card).

Full payment is due 10 days prior to the scheduled service unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations and Refunds :

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required upon booking. This secures your event date and guarantees our attendance.

The remaining balance is due 10 days before the event.

If a client cancels 9 days or less before the event after paying the full amount, they are eligible to receive a 50% refund of the total payment.

The initial 50% retainer is non-refundable under any circumstances.

In the rare event that Canary Capital Productions needs to cancel, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
